Here is what my week looked like!
Next week I'm gonna go over what I'm doing with my food and such and have an app or two to share!
Tuesday: WOD on www.calicrossfit.blogspot.com. It was cool, but I don't have the equipment to really do the other workouts, and I can't run yet so this might be the only one I ever do haha.
30 minute walk pushing the boys in the stroller
Wednesdsay: 40 minute walk with the boys in the stroller and some Yoga
Saturday: Nice long walk!
