Run Mama Run

Happy Saturday! Did you guys get in some runs or some other exercise!? My hubby was gone for three days this week so things weren't consistent for me, but some is always better than none!
Here is what my week looked like!

Next week I'm gonna go over what I'm doing with my food and such and have an app or two to share!

Monday: Nothing

Tuesday: WOD on It was cool, but I don't have the equipment to really do the other workouts, and I can't run yet so this might be the only one I ever do haha.
30 minute walk pushing the boys in the stroller

Wednesdsay: 40 minute walk with the boys in the stroller and some Yoga

Thursday: Stretching

Friday: Nadda

Saturday: Nice long walk!
