I didn't do anything from Saturday until Wednesday, letting my body rest. I did some Yoga for the first time Wednesday night. Let me tell you what, that was a workout. I did Denise Austin's Body Burn Yoga on Youtube and then a Livestrong routine after that. Shoot I was dripping sweat.
Thursday morning I walked with the twins for just under 3 miles and had no pain in my leg. Yippee!
Next week I am planning on yoga and walking each day.
